Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SVG Infotech (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile apps, games and website (together, the “Services”). It applies to every app we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store unless an app's listing says otherwise.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what an app needs to work:

• App and game data: for example game results, scores and settings, which may be stored on your device or in our cloud database (Google Firebase) so the app can show history and leaderboards.
• Account information: only in apps that offer sign-in, such as your email address or name provided through Google/Apple sign-in.
• Technical and diagnostic data: such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, used to fix bugs and improve the apps.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect precise location, contacts, photos or other sensitive data unless an app clearly asks for it to provide a feature you choose to use.

2. How we use information

• To provide and run the Services (for example saving game progress).
• To fix crashes, keep the Services secure and improve performance.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our Services, mainly Google Firebase (database, hosting, authentication, crash reporting and analytics), along with Google Play and the Apple App Store for distribution. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Data may be stored on servers outside India.

4. Advertising

Our apps currently do not show advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and the relevant app listing before ads are introduced.

5. Children's privacy

Some of our games are designed for children. In those apps:

• We do not ask children for personal information such as name, email, phone number or location.
• We do not show behavioural or personalised advertising and do not use advertising identifiers.
• Any game data (such as scores) is not linked to a child's real identity.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us at support@svg-infotech.com and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

7. Your rights and data deletion

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email support@svg-infotech.com with the app name and your request. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls provided by Google Firebase, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at svg-infotech.com/privacy, with the effective date shown above.
